If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us at support@sanvera.store with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
